I had been wanting to start my Reiki business and found that I kept getting stuck along the way without knowing the cause.  My suspicion was that it was self-sabotage as a result of old programming from my childhood or some time in the past.  I've done a lot of work going "within" so it was strange to not be able to identify the cause of the block. 

Psych-K is nice because you don't have to know what the block is to be able to shift it.  Most of the things that block us are old patterns/programming and it's not necessary to dwell within them to move them.  It's the moving of them that really makes all the difference.
